Agave Creole Sauce

Serves: 4

Serve with shrimp, chicken or pork.

   1 (28-ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
   1/2 cup green bell peppers, diced
   1/2 cup onions, diced
   1/2 cup fresh okra, sliced
   2-1/2 tablespoons agave
   3/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
   Bottled hot pepper sauce
   Salt, to taste

Agave Creole Sauce is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes; stir occasionally.
