Agave Plum Sauce
			
      
				
					
Serves: 12
Serving: 1 tablespoon
Serve with duck, chicken or lamb.
 
                   1 cup plums pitted, chopped fresh
   1/3 cup agave
   2 tablespoons lemon juice
   1 tablespoon onions, minced
   1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon peel, grated
   1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated
   1/8 teaspoon salt
   1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
   1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
   Pepper, to taste
 
                
                Agave Plum Sauce 
                is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.  
      
				Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until plums are completely cooked. Transfer mixture to blender or food processor; process until smooth. Press plum mixture through sieve. Adjust sweetness with additional agave, if desired.
