Agave Sesame Cornbread

Serves: 9

   1 cup yellow cornmeal
   1/3 cup sesame seeds
   1 cup whole wheat flour
   3 teaspoons baking powder
   1 teaspoon salt
   1/3 cup salad oil
   3 tablespoons agave
   1 egg
   1 cup milk

Agave Sesame Cornbread is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir in oil, agave, egg and milk, mixing only until ingredients are blended. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with butter and agave.
