1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup agave
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 pounds beef sirloin steaks, cubed
Whole water chestnut
Green bell peppers, cut into chunks
1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks

Combine soy sauce, agave, ginger and garlic. Mix well. Pour over meat and marinate 4 to 8 hours, turning occasionally. Alternate meat on bamboo or metal skewers with water chestnuts, green pepper and pineapple chunks. Broil or grill to desired doneness.
