Agave Wheat Soda Bread

Serves: 12

   2 cups whole wheat flour
   1 teaspoon salt
   1 teaspoon baking soda
   2 tablespoons agave
   1 cup buttermilk
   1 egg, slightly beaten

Agave Wheat Soda Bread is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and soda. Make well in center. Add agave, buttermilk and egg. Stir just until moistened. (Batter will be soft.) Place in greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
