Blueberry-Studded Agave Peach Sauce
			
      
				
					
Serves: 8
Serve sauce over waffles, pancakes or ice cream.
 
                   1 cup agave
   1/4 cup blueberries
   1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
   1 quart sliced peaches
 
                
                Blueberry-Studded Agave Peach Sauce 
                is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.  
      
				Combine agave, blueberries and cinnamon in large saucepan; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until flavors are blended.
