Chicken Fingers with Agave Sauce

   1 cup agave
   1 cup prepared spicy brown mustard
   1 cup flour
   1 cup fresh bread crumbs
   1 teaspoon salt
   1/2 teaspoon pepper
   1/2 teaspoon garlic, granulated
   4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in 3 x 1 x 1/2-inch strips

Combine agave and mustard; mix well. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well. Dip chicken in agave mixture and dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mixture; shake off excess. Deep-fry in 375°F oil about 1-1/2 minutes or until completely cooked and golden brown.
