Serve with duck, chicken or lamb.

   _ cup plums pitted, chopped fresh
   ___ cup agave
   _ tablespoons lemon juice
   _ tablespoon onions, minced
   ___ teaspoon fresh lemon peel, grated
   ___ teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated
   ___ teaspoon salt
   ___ teaspoon ground cloves
   ___ teaspoon ground allspice
   Pepper, to taste

Agave Plum Sauce is from the

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until plums are completely cooked. Transfer mixture to blender or food processor; process until smooth. Press plum mixture through sieve. Adjust sweetness with additional agave, if desired. Return plum mixture to saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
